I've never used Claude. Will I be lost?
That's exactly who this is built for. You don't need any prior AI experience. We do the setup, walk you through how to use it, hand you a one-page cheat sheet, and send you a 5-minute video to refer back to. Most clients are running their first real workflow before we leave the room.
What's the difference between Claude and ChatGPT?
For your purposes, they're cousins. Claude has a desktop app that reads your actual computer files, runs tasks while you sleep, and operates your browser — none of which the free ChatGPT in a browser tab can do. That's why we set Claude up on your computer instead of just bookmarking a website.
Do I need to buy Claude separately?
Yes. Claude Pro is $20/month and goes on your card, not ours. We don't mark up the subscription — it's between you and Anthropic, the company that makes Claude. We just make sure it's worth what you're paying for.
What about my data and my clients' privacy?
Files we put in your Claude workspace live on your computer and your cloud drive — not Anthropic's servers. On the paid Claude plan, your data isn't used to train AI models. The intake form asks what's off-limits, and we keep that out of the system entirely.
I'm not very tech-savvy. Is this really for me?
Yes. Most of our clients aren't either. We don't ask you to learn the technology — we set it up so it does what you already do, just faster and with your voice. If you can open an email and click a link, you can use what we build.
Where do you meet for the setup session?
Two options: we come to your office (preferred — Claude works better when set up where your real files live), or we set up over a screen-share video call. In-person sessions in Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan counties are included.
What if I cancel the Care Plan later?
Cancel any time — no contract, no penalty. Your Claude setup keeps working without us; you just lose monthly check-ins, new automations, and the priority text-support line. Most clients keep it because Claude itself keeps changing.
How is this different from hiring an IT consultant or VA?
An IT consultant does networks and computers. A VA does tasks. We do neither. We build the system that lets you get more done in the same amount of time, with the help of AI that knows your business.
