About 15 minutes. Answer what you can — skip what you can't. The more honest your answers, the better your Claude setup will be on day one.

1. The basics

Who you are and how we get in touch.

First name, nickname — whatever you actually go by.

Town, county. Helps us understand the local context.

2. About your business

The 30,000-foot view of what you do and who you do it for.

Owner, agent, founder, partner — whatever fits.

Two or three sentences. Pretend you're explaining it to a neighbor who doesn't know your business.

Age range, occupation, what their day looks like, what they care about most when buying from you.

Referrals, Google, Facebook, walk-in, repeat business — any combination.

3. Your typical day

This is where Claude earns its keep. The more specific you are, the more time you'll save.

Morning, midday, afternoon. Bullets or paragraph — whatever's easier. Include the boring stuff.

The stuff that drains you — admin, follow-ups, drafting the same email, hunting for files, paperwork. List as many as come to mind.

Listing descriptions, proposals, weekly reports, invoice reminders, social posts — anything where you start from scratch but it's mostly copy-paste.

Follow-ups, returning calls, sending quotes, scheduling, paperwork? No judgment — this is exactly what AI is good at catching.

4. Tools you already use

Check everything that applies. We'll connect Claude to the right ones.

QuickBooks, Calendly, Slack, Zoom, MLS, an industry tool — anything you use daily.

5. Your voice

When Claude writes for you, it needs to sound like you — not like a robot or a stranger.

A real email, social post, or message. This teaches Claude how you actually sound. 2–3 paragraphs is plenty.

"Synergy," "circle back," emojis, exclamation points, all caps — your "do not say" list.

6. Guardrails

What Claude should always check with you before doing.

Anything you don't want stored in Claude's workspace at all — sensitive client data, financial accounts, legal matters.

7. What success looks like

So we know what to aim for.

Hitting Submit emails your answers straight to Richard. Nothing else is uploaded anywhere. Use "Save my answers" if you want to come back and finish later.
